あさり 150g
ウインナー 2本
オリーブオイル 大さじ3
お米 1合(洗わない)
にんにく チューブ小さじ1
トマト缶 1/2缶
水 140cc
コンソメ 小さじ1
パプリカ 黄色1/2個
パセリ お好みで
1.あさりは砂抜きしておく
2.ウインナーは斜めに、ちくわは輪切り、カニカマは長さ半分に、パプリカは一口大にカットする。
3.フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、お米とにんにくチューブを炒めて油が回ったら、トマト缶、水、コンソメを入れて混ぜる。
4.3の上に1と2をのせて蓋をし、中火で15〜18分蒸し出来上がり。お好みでパセリの刻みをパラパラとかけると綺麗です。
